Hi, I'm Nathan

I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with over 7 years of experience helping everyday people in Phoenix and Scottsdale build strength, lose weight, and create healthier lifestyles.

My own fitness journey began at age 29, when I turned to exercise and nutrition to help manage—and ultimately overcome—Irritable Bowel Syndrome. What started as a way to heal my body became a total transformation.

I gained muscle, lost body fat, and discovered a stronger, more confident version of myself. That transformation showed me the power of proper training and nutrition—and inspired me to help others do the same.

I believe fitness is for everyone—regardless of age, background, or where you're starting from. My clients range from seniors maintaining their independence to complete beginners taking their first steps into exercise. You belong here.

Originally from Ohio, I've lived in Los Angeles and now call Scottsdale, Arizona my home, serving clients throughout the Phoenix metro area. Before finding my passion for fitness, I worked in both real estate and the TV/film industry.

When I'm not training clients or working out, I enjoy playing guitar and spending time outdoors.
